Shipping

Shipping is done through an external transport company. The customer will receive an email with the tracking code for their order so that they can make the necessary arrangements regarding its delivery.

Delivery times are given as an indication, and delays that may occur for internal or external reasons will not give rise to any claim.

Orders to the Peninsula are usually delivered within 2-5 working days.

Orders to the Balearic Islands may take between 3-7 working days.

Shipping costs

Orders over €50: Free shipping.

Orders under €50: A fixed cost of €15 will be applied for shipping.
